One long counter runs the depth of the lower ground floor, with chairs enough for the whole deciding family. The owners are on the floor: one reviewer writes that they treat every customer with genuine warmth and respect, making you feel truly valued. Another, Swathi Nagineni, adds that the staff have a lot of patience to show the designs, and that wastage here runs less than the other shops in Jayanagar. Two and a half thousand reviews say some version of the same thing.
